Lynda Wee & Velisa Leong
Dr Lynda Wee is a member of the Retail Industry Skills and Training Council as well as the Trainer and Adult Educator (Manpower Skills and Training Council) at the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. She was the Principal Consultant for a nationwide survey to determine the impact of Retail Leadership on Service Quality in Singapore as part of the Go-the-Extra-Mile-for-Service (GEMS) in 2006. Currently, Dr Wee is the Chief Executive Office of Boostrap Pte Ltd, a business management consultancy and training group.
Ms Velisa Leong is a certified Style Coach (Merit) from the Style Coach Institute, UK. She is also a certified Trainer for Certified Service Professionals (CSP) programme. At present, Ms Leong is the Chief Operating Office at Boostrap Pte Ltd.
