Dr Noel Kok Hwee Chia BCSE, BCET, FCP, FCoT, FCollP is an assistant professor with the Early Childhood & Special Needs Education Academic Group at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Ms Angie Gek Tee NG M.Ed, MCoT, MACE, Dip.Mont.ECE is a board-certified reading therapist currently working at the Learning Disabilities Centre. She is also a qualified early childhood education consultant.
Mdm Betty Fui Ha KUAN MA, MSoc.Sc, BC-DDAT, a retired vice-principal, is currently the only board-certified dialogic-diagnostic art therapist in Singapore. She is also a part-time lecturer and tutor with the National Institute of Education.
