Hean Tat KEH [郭贤达]
(PhD, University of Washington) is the co-author of Services
Marketing in Asia: Managing People, Technology, Strategy, also
published by Prentice-Hall. Hailing from Malaysia, Dr. Keh has also
spent considerable time in Macau, Hong Kong, the USA and Singapore. He
has corporate experience with The Wharf (Holdings) Limited, Hong Kong.
An award-winning educator, Dr. Keh teaches undergraduate, MBA, MSc and
executive development programs at the NUS Business School. His
research interests include distribution channels, services marketing,
entrepreneurial marketing, and retailing management, and they have
been published widely in prestigious academic journals. A regular
commentator on marketing and business issues, he has been featured in
articles in the Asian Wall Street Journal, the Straits Times
(Singapore), Today (Singapore), the New Straits Times (Malaysia), and
CEO I.T. magazine, and has also appeared on Channel News Asia. Dr. Keh
is a sought-after consultant, speaker and corporate trainer; his
recent engagements have been with NOL/APL, Lundbeck, Motorola,
Singapore Pools, and the Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute.

Jeongwen CHIANG [蒋炯文]
(PhD, University of Minnesota) is a Professor of Marketing and Head of
the Department of Marketing at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Before joining NUS, Prof. Chiang was a marketing professor at the
University of Rochester, Washington University in St. Louis, and the
Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. His research interests
include competition in the telecommunications industry, database
marketing, consumer choice, new product/service development, and
customer satisfaction. His research has appeared in Marketing Science,
Marketing Letters, Strategic Management Journal, and other premier
academic journals in the fields of business and economics. He is a
consulting editor for International Journal of Research in Marketing
and sits on the editorial board of International Journal of Marketing
Education. Professor Chiang has also worked as a consultant for
corporations, which include Xerox, Merck Sharp & Dohme (Asia) and HSBC
Bank, and has participated in many corporate-sponsored projects with
Samsung (Asia), amongst others. He teaches in the NUS Business
School’s undergraduate, PhD, EMBA programs, and has extensive
executive education training experience with companies such as Xian
Janssen, Daimler-Chrysler (China), Ericsson (China), China Telecom,
and China Mobile. |
